Rented a 4″ chipper but had issues. When I returned the first question I was asked was if I had any problems. I let them know of the issues and they returned the rental cost and credited me the cost to rent again so I could complete my work as a time convenient for me. I understand the equipment has failures but the response by this company to not only make things right by me, but to also earn my future business was awesome. I am definitely returning here for my tool rental needs.
